Delete In The App

1. Sign in to Towji.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm the request.

Request Deletion On The Web

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address associated with your Towji account. Use the subject "Towji account deletion request" and include the account email address. Do not send your password, payment card details, or authentication codes.

What We Delete

After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify the Towji account, profile, saved vehicle information, stored chat and search history associated with the account, and the optional analytics identifier where reasonably linked to the account.

Limited Records We May Retain

We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, support, and legal records when required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. These records are restricted to those purposes and retained only as long as necessary.

Store Subscriptions

Deleting your Towji account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
